How this works:
To sell us a device its pretty easy!
1) Find your device/s on our website and select the correct condition / Memory Size and add it to the sell basket. Add your details and confirm the order to sell to us:
– As FREEPOST isn’t always a safe, reliable, trackable service we do it slightly differently. We either pay you £5, £6 or £8 extra to send your device to us by a secure, insured, fully trackable service to make sure that it doesnt get lost or damaged in the post.
2) Pack your device in bubble wrap / something else that will protect it in the post and include a copy of the paperwork (So we know who to pay!!). Take it to the post office and post it to us using a secure, trackable, insured method.
3) Your device should arrive with us in 1-3 working days, as soon as it does we will tell you straight away (Or you can check the online tracking to see if it has arrived). We will then test and check the device and as long as it is the same model / condition that you sold to us we will pay you straight away by bank transfer. Bank transfers are instant.
4) “IF” your device that arrives isnt the same one you told us we will test it and send you by email / text message the testing report and a video showing what the difference was. If you don’t agree or want your device back thats absolutely no problem – It will be returned to you by Royal Mail tracked service for which there is no charge for us to return it.
